Dear Vendor,
Thank you so much for your interest in participating in the 3rd Annual Pride Big Rapids Festival 2024! We look forward to seeing many of you on June 30, 2024 located at beautiful Downtown Big Rapids.
Please read the Vendor Application details below carefully. We will reach out to let you know if you've been accepted, send an invoice for the booth (if applicable), and be in touch with more event information.
Vendor cost: $50.00
No cost for nonprofit organizations
Application deadline: May 25th, 2024.
The following are guidelines for the event:

Pride Big Rapids reserves the right to refuse any vendor for any reason.

Each vendor booth is allowed a 10x10 space only. Overlapping or infringing on neighboring booths is prohibited.

Unless there is prior authorization, all vendors must be set up by 10am and should tear down their booths no earlier than 6pm. All booths must be removed by 8pm.

All chairs, tables, tents, etc. needed for each booth will need to be provided by you. Pride Big Rapids does not provide tables, chairs or tents.

Please keep the downtown area and your area clean. Trash cans are located throughout the street, as well as volunteers who will be picking up trash. When you leave your site, please take everything with you.

Pride Big Rapids will not be held liable for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged before, during, or after the event.

There will be no electricity available. Bathrooms are located in various areas around downtown. Food will be available for a fee.

Vendors agree to stay within the space they are provided. Encroachment into neighboring booths is not permitted. Any digital or audio equipment will be kept at an acceptable level so as not to disturb neighboring booths.

If you will need special accommodations, please be sure to indicate the need on your application.

Pride Big Rapids reserves the right to change these rules as necessary to ensure the safety and convenience of all in attendance.

We will have security throughout the event.

Again, we will reach out to let you know if you've been accepted, and send an invoice for the booth (if applicable). Once the registration fee is received, any cancellations must be received by the Pride Board at least 30 days prior to the event for a refund.

If you are unable to attend, we will consider your fee as a donation. You will receive a tax-deductible donation receipt for your fee after the Festival.
