To Our Community, from our Board –
Since 2021, our mission has been to cultivate inclusion, education, and joy with steadfast advocacy for the LGBTQIA+ community. Pride Big Rapids has embraced this mission through empowering festival themes that celebrate and honor authenticity.
Recent themes served as building blocks for this year’s message:

2023's “Live with Pride” highlighted the liberating power of being true to oneself,

2024’s “Wildly Joyful, Unwavering Pride” celebrated finding joy and strength in our identity,

2025’s “Turn Up the Pride: Love Louder” reinforced the strength that comes from unity and visibility.
In response to a rising climate of hate and political unrest, this year's theme, “Fearless and Free, Louder than Ever” serves as a call to action for a community often forced into the shadows–not only to honor our rich history of resilience, but also to remind the world that love drowns out hate, joy overpowers fear, and our collective voices echo through the streets, louder than ever before.
Although fear may seep into our community, we must also remember that where our spirits unite is the place of unbreakable fearlessness and the journey toward freedom. Every voice truly matters!
It is with joy and hope in our hearts that we prepare for our 5th Pride Festival on Sunday, June 28, 2026. We have planned a lineup of events that entertain, educate and empower, creating spaces where everyone can feel seen and heard.

**Pride Festival Sponsorship payments and all graphics must be received by May 31, 2026. Please send all advertising artwork for the signage to board@pridebigrapids.org prior to the May 31, 2026 deadline (if you are a returning sponsor, you do not have to submit your graphics unless you have an updated logo).
We are counting on your generosity to make our 2026 Pride Festival a successful one! All donations to Pride Big Rapids will be used to help us achieve this goal, support other pride-related events that foster an inclusive and affirming community here in Big Rapids and Mecosta County.
There are two ways to submit your sponsorship commitment:

By Credit Card: Visit www.pridebigrapids.org/donate and review the level of your choosing. You’ll submit your payment via credit card plus a small percentage fee to cover transaction fees. Secure online payments are processed through Zeffy.

By Check: You can mail your check or drop it off to: 120 S. State St., Big Rapids, MI 49307. Please make checks payable to “Pride Big Rapids.”
If you're interested in making an in-kind donation or have any questions, please contact us at board@pridebigrapids.org.
We also welcome anonymous sponsorships, as we understand that not everyone may feel comfortable publicly expressing their support.

To help make this organization a success, we welcome donations of any size!
100% of your donations are tax-exempt. Any funds left after our programming and festival expenses are paid will be held for next year’s festival, or used to fund year-round programming by Pride BR.
